Kualifikasi :
- Positive Business Oriented
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum one - two years restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume fine dining environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- Strong floor presence with focus and energy
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Purpose :
- To manage the operation of kitchen restaurant and event by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of standard.
